I have placed an order. When will I receive it?
All orders are dispatched within 3–5 business days. Once your order has been shipped, delivery takes 3–5 business days within Spain, 5–15 business days within Europe, and 15 business days or more for international orders.
Cada pieza está diseñada y elaborada a mano en mi taller de Barcelona. Por este motivo, la producción es limitada y cada pieza se realiza en pequeñas cantidades.
Si tu pedido está en stock, el plazo de preparación y envío es de aproximadamente 1 semana.
Si la pieza no está disponible en stock, necesitaremos hasta 10 días laborables para producirla especialmente para ti.

How much will I pay for shipping?
Shipping to Spain (mainland and Balearic Islands): €10
Shipping to Europe: €16
Shipping outside Europe: €20
How can I get the invoice for my order?
If you would like to receive an invoice for your order, please get in touch with us and we’ll be happy to help.
What happens if I am not available when my order is delivered?
The shipping carrier will make two delivery attempts. If both attempts are unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our facilities.
In this case, Leily Khabiri reserves the right to deduct the corresponding shipping and return costs from the refund, as compensation for the inability to deliver the order.
If the package cannot be delivered, Leily Khabiri cannot be held responsible for it. If the package is not returned to our facilities, we will be unable to issue a refund for the order.
How can I make a return?
You have 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of your order to request a return.
Returns are not accepted for bespoke orders.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
To be eligible for a return, both the packaging and the jewellery must be in perfect condition, intact and free from any signs of use.
